What is the difference between Premium and Standard lenses?
+
Our Premium Lenses are made for customers who want the highest level of optical performance, comfort, and personalization. They are produced from premium optical materials and can be customized with your prescription while preserving the intended blue-light, circadian, or UV filtering properties. Our Standard Lenses are a ready-to-wear, non-prescription option that still provides reliable filtering using high-quality materials, but without prescription customization.
Which Sunset blue-light blocking lens should I choose?
+
Premium 550 (Sunset - Red)
A premium red lens designed for very strong evening light control. It gently transmits wavelengths below 550 nm while offering excellent optical quality, clarity, and comfort.
Standard 550 (Sunset - Red)
A deep red, non-prescription lens that blocks up to 550 nm. It is a simple ready-to-wear option for strong evening filtering.
Premium 530 (Sunset - Red/Orange)
Recommended for people who want strong evening filtering with less visual intensity than 550. It transmits the full color spectrum, but significantly reduces wavelengths up to 530 nm.
Premium 500 (Sunset - Orange)
A gentler evening lens that mainly filters blue light while preserving more of the visible spectrum. Ideal for people who are new to blue-light management or who want less color distortion in the early evening.
What are the Daytime blue-light reducing lenses for?
+
Premium 450 (Daytime - Yellow)
A softer yellow daytime lens that reduces the spectrum below 450 nm to improve visual comfort during screen work, driving, gaming, TV viewing, and long indoor workdays.
Standard 450 (Daytime - Yellow)
A richer yellow non-prescription lens made from quality optical material. It is a ready-to-wear option for reducing high-energy blue light during the day.
Do you offer clear lenses?
+
We also offer clear premium lenses, especially useful for customers who need prescription correction and prefer minimal tint:
Premium UV400
Clear premium lens with UV protection up to 400 nm.
Premium UV340
Clear premium lens with UV protection up to 340 nm.
Premium Blue Control
Clear premium lens with a special coating that slightly reduces blue light while maintaining a nearly clear appearance.
Do you offer sun lenses with prescription?
+
Sun Lens Premium UV400
Blocks 100% of UV rays up to 400 nm and is available with or without prescription. Premium sun lenses can also include optional polarisation and different lens colors for a more personalized outdoor solution.
Sun Lens Standard UV400
A ready-made non-customizable option that blocks 100% of UV rays up to 400 nm. It is designed for reliable everyday sun protection without prescription or add-on customization.
What do you need for prescription lenses?
+
For prescription lenses, we need your exact eye correction information. After your purchase, the KUGO team may contact you to request the correct pupillary distance (PD), power range, and cylinder measurements so the lenses can be produced accurately.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
+
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after your order is received. Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 days depending on the destination country. In-stock items may ship immediately, products from an external warehouse are usually sent within 1 week, and customized products can take up to 1 month depending on the quantity and production requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
+
Yes. KUGO ships worldwide. For EU countries, standard delivery is commonly handled through Packeta Home. In countries where Packeta is not available or suitable, alternative carriers such as local post or DHL may be used.
Will I receive tracking information?
+
Yes. Shipping is tracked for the safety of your products, and a tracking number is provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
Are prescription orders shipped more slowly?
+
Yes. For prescription orders, especially KUGO 500 and KUGO 550, delivery may take up to 21 days from the date of your order. This additional time is needed for production and customization.
