Standard delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on local courier handling, customs procedures, or regional postal services.

For the safety of your order, shipments are sent with tracking whenever available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to monitor the shipment through the relevant tracking website.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures or local post office clearance requirements.

There may also be situations where your signature is required in order to release the shipment.

While these cases are uncommon, they can occasionally affect the total delivery time.

Please note that prescription orders, as well as KUGO 500 and KUGO 550 lens orders, may require additional production time.
