Standard Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination country and local courier handling.
Prescription Orders
Prescription orders and selected specialty lenses such as KUGO 500 and KUGO 550 may take up to 21 days.

Customs, Post Office Clearance & Delays
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures or local post office clearance requirements.
There may also be situations where your signature is required in order to release the shipment.
While these cases are uncommon, they can occasionally affect the total delivery time.
Prescription & Special Lens Orders
Please note that prescription orders, as well as KUGO 500 and KUGO 550 lens orders, may require additional production time.
For these orders, please allow up to 21 days from the date of purchase for delivery.
