After just a few days of use, I felt an improvement in my sleep cycle. I really appreciate the design, which is unique and there aren't many nice blue light blocking glasses on the market.

I have been using the red-tinted blue light-blocking glasses from KUGO for two consecutive years now. I cannot emphasize enough the difference they have made in my time from getting to bed to actually falling asleep. Together with the other changes I have made in my pre-sleep routine, I honor red-tinted glasses as by far the biggest differentiating factor.

Personally, I try to wear them at least an hour before my planned bedtime, ideally for two hours, but I still have to get better at this.

Now, only my time to sleep got a whole lot better. Sleep quality also got significantly better, which for me, as a person with Type 1 diabetes, is the difference between having to wake up in the middle of the night or not.

Last but not least, these are the only glasses that have lasted me more than three months, so crossing the two-year mark is a great deal for me.
