I have suffered from sleep disorders for a long time and I really did not have quality sleep. I will not claim that it is only about the glasses, but neither does the KUGO company claim that. But as a user of glasses, I must say that I sleep better and wake up rested. As soon as I put on my glasses in the evening, I gradually feel the need for sleep. So the glasses really help as long as a person sets the right regime.

I have not found any other glasses made of such material on the market. It works perfectly and the very nice design makes me happy every evening. I feel better because my sleep has improved, I like myself in them and I have more energy. Simply win win.
